1_ RENTAL AGENT (Full Time)

This role involves coordinating orders and schedules for cameras, lenses, and other production equipment — acting as the bridge between the set and the rental house. You’ll communicate with cinematographers, production companies, and technical teams to arrange equipment and manage schedules efficiently.

• Comfortable using PC and basic office tools

• Enjoys customer interaction and communication

• Sales or team management experience

• English communication skills

• Experience in client relations or production support

2_CAMERA PREP TECHNICIAN (Full Time/Part Time)

You’ll handle the maintenance and preparation of professional camera related equipment, assist clients with additional gear requests, and provide support on proper equipment handling.

It’s a hands-on position where you can work with the latest cinema cameras and lenses, supporting the creative process from a technical standpoint.

[Requirements]

• Interest in film equipment or video production

• Enjoys working directly with clients and supporting production teams

[Preferred Experience]

• Experience in equipment rental or on-set production work

• English communication skills

• Valid driver’s license

3_LENS PREP TECHNICIAN (Full Time/Part Time)

As the backbone of Capsule’s technical team, you’ll maintain, inspect, and calibrate cinema lenses to ensure the highest optical quality on set.

From cleaning and back-focus adjustments to detailed calibration, you’ll support productions by “shaping the visual character of each project through the lens.”

[Requirements]

• Interest in cinematography, optics, or lenses

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail; enjoys precision work

[Preferred Experience]

• Experience handling optical or precision instruments

• Background in camera maintenance or rental operations
