We are looking for:

RENTAL AGENT

  • Native-level Japanese or English (Bilingual greatly welcomed)

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Organised and detail orientated

  • Driven to reach sales targets

CAMERA PREP TECHNICIAN

  • Native Japanese or English (Binlingual greatly welcomed)

  • Experienced camera department people

  • Less experienced but strong interest in gear / on-set camera department experience

  • Engineering and Soldering experience (welcomed)

  • Driver’s licence (welcomed)

_ RESPONSIBILITIES

RENTAL AGENT

Your primary responsibility will be handling most of the client communication and ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Daily activities include:

  • Creating new accounts by collecting client information

  • Producing quotes

  • Negotiating

  • Scheduling preps, pickups and returns

  • Invoicing

  • Follow up client support

We’re a small team so your role will be critically important to the success of the company.

CAMERA PREP TECHNICIAN

Your primary responsibility will be assisting clients during their camera preps and supporting productions.

Daily activities include:

  • Pulling / scanning orders

  • Assisting AC’s in prep

  • Scanning orders back in

  • Quality control equipment

  • Troubleshooting technical problems

  • Testing new equipment

HOURS (SCHEDULE)

• Regular hours between 10:00-19:00 with 1 hour lunch break, 5 day shift between Monday and Saturday.

• Full time / Part Time depending on experience.

• Somewhat flexible - opportunity for days off on request
