A brief overview:

  1. Client takes full responsibility for any loss or damage of equipment.

  2. Regular operating hours are 10:00 ~ 19:00, Monday through Saturday. We are open 24/7 with limited staff for equipment pickups and returns.

  3. Pickup / Prep period begins after 14:00, the day before the rental usage period begins unless otherwise agreed to.

  4. Equipment must be returned before 12:00 on the “Return Date” unless otherwise requested. Any returns after 12:00 will be charged at full rate for that day. This policy includes media cards and card readers.

  5. If an order is canceled within 24 hours of the “Prep Start Time,” 50% of the rental fee is still due.

  6. Payment terms: End of the following month that the Invoice is issued. Orders under ￥100,000 and international productions are to be paid up-front.
