STEP 1 : New Account Registration
New Account Registration
First-time customers must complete our designated new account registration.
Review and Agree to Terms
Before renting equipment, please review and agree to:

We cannot provide rental services if you do not agree to these terms.
Who Can Rent
Our rental services are primarily intended for corporate clients.
Individual customers, please contact us by phone or email to confirm rental availability.
Required Documents
Please prepare the following documents and send them via email to [orders@capsule.rentals]:
Rental Agreement (PDF)
Company Registration Form (PDF)
Photo ID with facial image (e.g., driver’s license, passport)
Proof of rental insurance (required for overseas customers only)
Internal Review
All new transactions are subject to our internal review process.
We reserve the right to decline transactions based on the results of this review.
Payment
New and overseas customers are required to pay the full rental fee prior to equipment pickup.
STEP 2 : Rental Request
Send us an email at orders@capsule.rentals with as much of the following information as possible:

3. EQUIPMENT LIST
STEP 3 : Quotation
Once the equipment is confirmed, we will send you a quotation via email.
STEP 4 : Equipment Pick Up
Equipment may be picked up from 14:00 on the business day prior to your scheduled use.
All equipment is inspected and maintained prior to rental. However, please be sure to personally check functionality and included accessories both at pickup and before use.
A signature will be required upon pickup to confirm receipt and inspection of equipment.
STEP 5 : Equipment Return
Please return all equipment by 12:00 noon on the day following your use. (For orders that include sub-rented items, please return by 11:00.)
If you require an extension, please contact us before the return deadline.
Please note that late returns are subject to additional charges (see [Rental Terms and Conditions]).
In some cases, extensions may not be possible due to availability.
Unnotified late returns are strictly prohibited, as they may interfere with subsequent rentals. Repeated violations may result in termination of future transactions.
